CUSTOMER SERVICE –at Imagine Your Hair “it’s all about you”!
We aim to provide you with the highest standards of service and personal care, in the most professional environment so you will return and recommend us again and again.

SERVICE GUARANTEE – We offer a 100% guarantee on ALL services within 7 days of your appointment.
If you need to book a ‘redo’ appointment within the first week, we have highly recommended professional in-home products to ensure success.

CANCELLATION & CREDIT CARD POLICY – In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we would really appreciate at least 24 hours notice.

It is our normal policy to give an “appointment confirmation phone call or txt” the day prior to your appointment. So, in the case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, we would be really, really disappointed!

However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will try to accommodate you in any way we can.
